Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store,
and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
Enter the quantity required and click the 'Buy Now' button. You
will then be taken to your shopping cart where after a few seconds
be re-directed back to the store. At any time you can click on
'View Basket' to see your order. After you have finished your
selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few
details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
If you are shopping from United Kingdom, place your order and
your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK Pounds
or your own currency.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo. We do not charge for
any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not
charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card
information via phone, fax, and email or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
All goods from BLAM Ltd are shipped via our specified courier
and Royal Mail / Parcel Force. As per courier requirements each
item will be charged at the higher of actual weight or volumetric
weight. The courier charge is calculated in units of 0.500kgs with
a 10% packing weight allowance added. There is no extra charge for
packaging or handling.
Postage withing the UK is usually deliverd within one working day
from when order is placed. On some occasions, please allow one day
processing time.
European orders are sent as International Signed For, this is for
security reasons and is used as proof of delviery. Delviery takes
2-4 working days after posting.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order within 14 days,
however we accept no liability for goods being delayed through no
fault of our own. In the unlikely event that you have not recieved
your goods within 21 days then please contact us.
Goods are normally despatched within 2 to 6 working days of
recieving the order. Goods are sent via our recommended courier or
Royal Mail / Parcel Force for local deliveries. If you are not at
home at the time of delivery a calling card will be left detailing
where your goods can be collected or when another delivery will be
made. A signature will be required. (Preferably the signature of
the card holder).
In case of goods being out of stock, shipments are done as soon as
goods have been produced for your order.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You
will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you
would rather not wait.
Some items which are out of stock may take up to 28 days to
deliver to you.
Tax Charges
Most items available from Sweet-Scents are tax exempt. If VAT is applicable then it is already included in the price you see.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are
encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after
they reach our servers. They are not held in clear text on any web
site.
Further more we use HSBC Secure Banking which is encrypted and has
its own security certificate for online transactions. This enables
all online transactions to be encrypted securely and the
information can only be read by the user intended.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. There may be some slight variations in each item from the ones pictured on our website.
Returns Policy
If in the unlikely event your goods are damaged or of the worng
item we will gladly replace your products If the item is in good
condition we will offer you store credit. If the item is in correct
packing and tags still on the item BLAM Ltd will refund you the
order total less shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. All
refunds will only be credited to the same account that was
originally charged.
In the unlikely case that the price or description for a product
is incorrect due to typographical error then BLAM Ltd shall have
the right to refuse and / or cancel any such order whether your
order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event
of your credit card having been charged and BLAM Ltd cancels the
order, BLAM Ltd will refund the amounts charged to your
account.
BLAM Ltd has taken every possible care to ensure that all
information on this website is accurate. However, BLAM Ltd does not
warrant the accuracy of product information or any other content
within this website to be error-free, complete, accurate or
reliable.
Products will only be accepted if they are in the same condtion as
sent and same packaging. Any damages will be checked and and a
replacement will be sent out or store credit will be added to your
account you will not get cash for damaged goods.
Remittance Terms
Remittance for goods is done immediately you process the online payment with your credit / debit card on our website. Alternatively, it will be processed as soon as we receive your payment details by fax, email or phone.
